If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for initiating a refund request.
You may request a refund for the following reasons:
Damaged or defective items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect, along with a proper unboxing video showing the item’s condition and the billing tag for visibility.
Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may request a refund or replacement within 3 days of receiving the incorrect product. You must provide an unboxing video with proper billing tag for visibility to validate the claim.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds will be issued via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or bank account, depending on the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via UPI, the refund will be credited back to your UPI account. If you paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or any other method, you may be required to provide bank account details for the refund to be processed.
